From the Princess Suite which can host up to 450 delegates to our 10-person Executive Boxes, all our event rooms are housed in the West Stand. From here, your delegates can easily move between event spaces while taking in stunning views across the pitch and the entire Select Car Leasing Stadium.

Princess Suite & Windsor Lounge
The Princess Suite is our largest suite at the venue and can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style or 300 delegates cabaret style making this room the biggest holding venue in Reading.
Royals Suite
A perfectly positioned room right at the half way line, the Royals Suite provides superb views over the pitch and creates the ectopic backdrop for dinners and conferences.
Premier Suite
The Premier Suite is a corner pitch facing suite with floor to ceiling views of the grounds from the goal line. A perfect room for conferences up to 100 delegates or an informal dinner, the choice is yours.
Kennet Room & Loddon Room
With the ability to hold up to 70 guests, the Kennet Room and Loddon Room both identical rooms at the stadium are the perfect spaces to host anything from a training session to a syndicate room part of a larger conference.
Trophy Room
Packed with club memorabilia and trophies, the Trophy Room is perfect for small meetings with a touch of football history which will give you non-stop conversation throughout your meeting.
