Our Princess Suite can host up to 25 exhibition stands, with 5 metre high ceilings and a large blank canvas room to transform into the best networking event in Reading. Alongside our Princess Suite we have the Windsor Lounge which can host up to 20 exhibition stands, a total of 45 stands across the two adjoining rooms. We can host anything from trade shows to business fairs and networking events.

The Princess Suite is our largest suite at the venue and can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style or 300 delegates cabaret style making this room the biggest holding venue in Reading.
