For group events of up to 450 people, our Princess Suite is the room for you. However if you are looking for a small meeting room for 8-10 people, our Executive Boxes which are all pitching facing with beautiful views of the pitch are also available.

Club 106
Club 106 formerly known a Suite 1871 has been newly refurbished and now hosts a premium and modern space for informal conferences and private evening functions with views of the pitch, private bar facilities and private kitchen.
Director's Suite
The Directors Suite brings you traditional moments from the football club and a private balcony with great views to take your event to the next level!
Executive Boxes
Our Executive Boxes located on the first floor all on the West Wing of the stadium showcase incredible views of the pitch and is the perfect room for a small meeting or last-minute interviews.
Kennet Room & Midea Suite
With the ability to hold up to 70 guests, the Kennet Room and Midea Suite both identical rooms at the stadium are the perfect spaces to host anything from a training session to a syndicate room part of a larger conference.
Premier Suite
The Premier Suite is a corner pitch facing suite with floor to ceiling views of the grounds from the goal line. A perfect room for conferences up to 100 delegates or an informal dinner, the choice is yours.
Princess Suite & Windsor Lounge
The Princess Suite is our largest suite at the venue and can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style or 300 delegates cabaret style making this room the biggest holding venue in Reading.
Royals Suite
A perfectly positioned room right at the half way line, the Royals Suite provides superb views over the pitch and creates the ectopic backdrop for dinners and conferences.
Trophy Room
Packed with club memorabilia and trophies, the Trophy Room is perfect for small meetings with a touch of football history which will give you non-stop conversation throughout your meeting.
